Melissa Foster scores another hit with Seized by Love! In this installment of her famous Love in Bloom series we meet the Ryders.
Blue Ryder is everything you want from your star male in a romance novel. He is drop dead sexy, loyal, loving and know what he wants. From the moment he first laid eyes on Lizzie Barber Blue knew he wanted her. After pursuing Lizzie, and lots of rejection from his pursuits, he finally gets the answer he has been waiting for. Now he has the chance to show Lizzie just how good it really can be.
Lizzie Barber’s is strong-willed, smart, feisty and full of love. Lizzie first met Blue a year ago at a wedding and has been turning him down in his pursuit of her ever since but secretly she is dying to say yes. Lizzie made it on her own and is a successful business woman but she has a secret “business” that no one know about.
I loved watching the relationship and connection between these two grow. Blue and Lizzie have great chemistry and their relationship was so much more than just a sexual attraction to each other. When things start to really get good for these two Lizzie’s little secret is exposed and Blue is left with the difficult decision of moving on or forgiving the woman he loves. The author does an excellent job of showing both characters view of the relationship and their journey to love and a HEA. I highly recommend this book and series to anyone who loves a good contemporary romance novel. You just can’t go wrong with Melissa Foster!
I received an eARC of the book compliments of the publisher for my honest review and opinion. All ratings and opinions stated are my own.
