Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas

- 1 tbsp. lightly salted butter
- 1½ cups fresh sugar snap peas
- ¼ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add peas and cook, tossing occasionally, for 4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth to pan and continuing cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
