Spinach and Smoked Turkey Sausage

These individual quiches are light, fluffy and absolutely delicious. Best of all, they're just 95 calories each.

  • 2 cups Egg Beaters Original
  • ¾ cup Land O Lakes fat free half and half
  • 1 cup Kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces Butterball skinless smoked turkey sausage
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin ( or a brownie tin ) with non stick spray.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop even amounts of the mixture into the tin.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the center is cooked thru.
